I value the combination of cognitive therapy and body oriented work. During the talk therapy we get the chance to get to know each other. This helps us to analyse and categorize experiences in order to reshape and expand daily patterns and behavioral structures.

The body oriented work is all about finding access to our emotions, guiding you on the way there. I firmly belief that our bodies (be)hold all of your experiences, history and conditioning. Within the therapeutic work, we use our bodies to achieve these envisioned changes.

During this process, your own tempo and body perception are being considered.

My psychological work is influenced by intersectional feminist views. I am cis, white, hetero and neurodiverse.

The subjects of our work can consist of a wide variety and may be approached in single sessions or together with another person of any social relation.

Together we will make your needs and boundaries visible and tangible. We will closer look on communication on different levels and, if wanted, optimize them. My work lays emphasis on the dealings with interpersonal encounters. Many have experienced, that the social pressure on adapting to a norm can cause anxiety, depression or burn out. I want to accompany on your way into an easier daily life. Bringing your outer world into balance with your inner one.

Maybe you are asking yourself the question, why trusting in other people seems harder for you. A lot of us experience a feeling of “not belonging” within groups.

Maybe you’ve heard the term Masking and were able to identify with that, but aren’t able to handle it yet. Or you keep asking yourself, how and how far your behaviour could be optimized and at what point you may have to fear losing yourself and your identity. Accompanied by the question of what you can achieve by yourself and at what point you might need help and guidance, which may also be difficult to answer.

Furthermore, relationships, family and friendships might be a challenge for you.
